The Primary Care Faculty Development Program (PCFDP) is aimed at preparing primary care faculty for teaching and leadership roles in both community- and university-based settings. The PCFDP curriculum consists of five core content areas:
- Addressing Health Disparities
- Evidence Based Medicine
- Practice-Based Quality Improvement
- Teaching and Learning in Medicine
- Technologies for Teachers
The PCFDP offers physicians who teach medical students and residents a variety of learning opportunities to enhance their teaching skills--Short Courses, Annual Workshops, Distance Education, and the PCFDP Fellowship.
PCFDP is supported by the:
